These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and faceless.page when you access or use our website, studio, or any related service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can legally enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for anything that happens under it. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at support@faceless.page if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, our payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel any time from your Account page or through the customer portal.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice. Any price change will only apply to future billing periods.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell access to, or abuse the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
- Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or authentication.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of the text, images, and posts you create with the Service. You grant faceless.page a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to operate the Service for you.
AI-generated output is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish and for ensuring it complies with the policies of the platform on which you publish it.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates, and brand marks, is owned by faceless.page. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, faceless.page will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
