This Privacy Policy explains what data faceless.page ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the faceless.page website, studio, and related services (the "Service").
1. What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile information Google shares with us.
- Billing data — subscription tier, billing interval, renewal date, and a customer ID from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Content you create — the prompts you enter, the outputs the AI returns, and any templates or brand settings you save.
- Usage data — generation counts, feature usage, coarse IP location, and browser/device information used to prevent abuse and enforce plan limits. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on the Service.
2. How we use it
- To run the Service — authenticate you, generate content, meter usage, bill your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password resets, billing notices).
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud, and to enforce our Terms.
- To improve the Service. We do not train third-party AI models on your content.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers ("sub-processors") to run the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Anthropic — the AI model that generates your content, when you invoke a generation.
- Stripe — subscription billing and card processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and its content at any time by emailing support@faceless.page. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (for example, invoices for tax purposes).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@faceless.page.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted database backups, row-level security on all user data, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover a breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies and localStorage entries strictly necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and prevent abuse of the free preview. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where required by law, we rely on standard contractual clauses to protect your data during transfer.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
